Practice, it really helps if you have big hands. I have trouble with a GB and a good seal, thats why I use a jt-30 body with a GB element in it. Youll know when you get a really good seal, the sound changes. You can control the sound somewhat by the seal. All the Best to Ya.....Bluz..
