I wish I could tell you what to do - except you haven't said enough to make me sure that it is out of tune, or just has a blown reed. Some hohners, especially high keys, will pitch out after awhile of playing them vigorously. Thos is especially the case with the D harp on hole four draw and C harp hole 6 draw. Another question is
whether or not you have a minor keyed harp, which sounds like it's out of tune. Basically the question is, how long have you been playing, are you playing correctly and what key do you have?
As far as repair goes, you can rpair a reed by making small scratches or filings on the end of the reed to change the pitch, or physically bend
or push the reed, which is something I do not endorse except in the case that you've been doing it successfullly for a while. Other than that I would'nt know where in Indonesia to get a harp repaired. My best advice is to get another one.
