The first thing to look at (as always) is technique. Make sure your embochure is right and you aren't tilting or twisting the harp in some way that might redirect your air.
When you're reaching for that note, make sure you're drawing from WAY down. Draw from your SOUL even; way down there with your diaphragm and not your mouth.
You need a big chamber to put that note in, so get your tongue as far out of the way as you can. Depending on how I want it to sound, I almost swallow my tongue on that one.
Really exaggerate getting your tongue back, draw it down from way deep, and you'll hit it!

Another idea: can you kiss it down? If you can, pay attention to your mouth / head when the note comes out and try to imitate it when you start the note.
