This is good for hearing how it should sound. The problem with most beginners is that with your sinus's open, you'll fill up too fast, or exhale too quickly. Sinus control is one of the more important aspects of playing/teaching the harp. Can you talk like you have a cold in your nose?
If you are having problems with #2 draw, the hardest hole to play on the diatonic, it's usually because you are squeezing the airflow at some point. This is why openning you sinus's helps. Relax, put your mind in your mouth, and concentrate on whether you are sucking on the front of the harp, or breathing from your diaphragm.
