Hey Guys...
Of all the cats that I know, none of the ones who walk on all fours and have heard me play, expressed any interest in my musical pursuits.
However, we used to share our home with Coco, a female Boxer dog, who used enter my room while I was practicing my harmonica. Not content at being a mere spectator, she would howl in accompaniment when I played any of my harmonicas.
If the sounds of my harmonicas disturbed her, she could've ran into another room or cried to go outside. Coco never seemed interested in any of my other instruments.
Jake, my mother's dog used to wildly bark at me when I played the concertina (which is a push-button accordion instrument that is related to the harmonica).
IMHO, the subject of "harmonicas and dogs" would probably get a lot more response than "harmonicas and cats."
Wishing you success in your endeavors,
Patrick
