: is there anything i can do to get that nice shine back?????

In fact, once you bought a Nickel or Chrome platted hamonica, it will loose its shine. No way out. I do not recommand the use of any product (this stuff will be in your mouth after...). The best way, is to clean the covers of your harp after each use. It will retard the progression of it. That's it. Sooner or later, stain will be all over the place...

Another way :
Consider buying stainless steel harminocas or with black nickel. It is not all that rare (and not more expensive !).

Exemple :
Hohner Pro Harp
Hering Black Blues
Lee Oskar.

You have to know that Hohner will deliver regular harps with stainless steel covers very soon.

But for your actual harp : be like us ! Stained harp is the sign of good players !

It does not mean that it has to stay that way !
