Yes it is, (most likely anyway)... Depends on who makes your harmonica. If it's a Hohner, you should be able to write or call them to order a replacement part.
Once you have it, unscrew the 2 front screws on the mouth piece, being careful to note how all the parts fit together, the slide should be easily removed from between 2 plates. Put you new slide in and put your harp back together. There's a delicate balance of screwing those front screws in enough, but not too tight, so that the action of the slide is fluid.
