: You are probably inadvertantly bending the note. This is caused by incorrect embouchure.
: Open your mouth cavity wide. Make sure your mouth is correctly possitioned over the hole. Relax your tongue. That last point is very important. The tongue is what causes bending to occur. Relax your whole mouth and throat.
