Several things helped me:

Knowing the note I'm trying to hit. Use a guitar, another harp, piano, whatever to name and HEAR the note you're after.

Know that a bend occurs in 1/2 step increments.

Once you hit the note, pay attention to how your mouth and espaecially throat feel. i've heard this is called the "sweet spot".

Keep practicing. you will learn these bends much the same way you learned to bend the first bend.

: Could somebody please help me with this I know how to bend but some of the holes on the harmonica can be bent 2 or 3 ways like hold #3 can be bent so it makes three notes B flat A and A Flat and I do not know how to get three bends out of one hold could someone pleas help??

: Thanks
