Start on hole 4 In using a "weeee" articulation. Go to a "ooouuu" articulation and you will get the beginning of a bend. A strong "dwah" articulation also works to get you started.
Another technique is to raise or lower your jaw (interesting that either way works). You'll get it soon and forget the day you struggled with it!
