sounds like your harp has gone out of tune,you can try to tune it yourself [see articles connected to this site for re-tuning tips]but if you cant manage to tune it yourself replace the reed beds [visit the shops on this site for spare parts]tuning your harp is not easy but i don't think you have anything to lose.
