Not really sure. Is the 4th hole a C when you inhale or when you exhale? there should be a letter stamped on the harp. That will be the key of the harp. But you'll have to tell me more before I can figure out what kind of harp (diatonic, chromatic, melody maker, minor, bass, etc).
