10 Blow Bend

I've been playing for about a year and can get all the bends both blow and draw with the exception of 10 blow.I've tried on an A harp, B flat and C to no avail.Do I need to look at the gapping or is it really so much harder to get than the 9 blow bend which I can hit everytime. Any comments or tips would be appreciated.
