Hey Brian...
You are asking a really tough question. There are so many favorite harmonica songs. Among a few of mine are:
"Blues City Shakedown" by John Mayall & the Bluesbreakers
"Whammer Jammer" by the J.Geils Band (Magic Dick plays the harmonica)
One song that stands out, for sentimental reasons is the 1965 chart hit "I'm a Man" by the Yardbirds (the late Keith Relf sang and played harmonica). I didn't fall in love for the first time listening to this song. It's the first song that I played on harmonica with a band (I was the bass player, but the lead guitarist played bass to free me to play the harmonica). That was back in 1972.
I could go on, but I do, this would probably become a short story submission.
