When they mean bend, they mean the bending of the metal reed inside the harp. (if you take apart the casing of your harp, you can see the reeds...but why would you wanna do that?)Anyway, you can usually bend (diatonic harp) on (draw) holes 1-6 and (blow) 7-10. To bend, start with the draw notes, and try to draw as hard as you can, thats really all I can say. If you get a "bending" sound, or a slight change in the note, then you have bent. I hope I'm some help. If I'm wrong, someone please tell me, cause I'm still learnin to!
