: I love to play the harmonica and the guitar at the same time. However, when I do so, tons of spit flows out of my harmonica and harmonica holder, directly onto my guitar and or pants. Somebody has had to have had this problem before, and there must be a simple solution. PLEASE I CANT STAND SPITTING ON MYSELF ANYMORE!!!

: Thanks for the help,
: Zach (Spit) Bonnan

I also play harmonica and guitar or bass. Playing both instruments at the same time can be quite challenging. If you play well, then YOU should be GIVING advice. Just knock the saliva out of your harmonica after each song and harp on brother. Make sure that your harmonicas are kept dry when not in use.
If you're in the New York City area or St.Georges
Bermuda (the Wharf Tavern), try to catch Mike Berry. He's an excellent guitarist/singer/harmonica player and a nice guy. In Bermuda, he draws among his following, some of the best musicians in the island.
Wishing you success in your endeavors.
