I have that same problem, especially when I see a double D cup in the audience. One of the tricks Ive used is nasal spray. Actifed to be exact. I have sinus trouble, and I noticed this really dries me out. Be careful using it. When combined with a few Margaritas and a roll ur own, you may become light headed. Excuse me while I kiss the sky.
