It's based on I IV V, blues in G. So on a C harp: 1 & 2 draw (G,D), 3 & 4 blow (G,C), 3 draw w/1/2 step bend (Bb)...
starting with 1 & 2 draw then the back and fourth between the latter two parts. Unfortunately the low F is not available to complement the Bb, but if your jamming w/guitar, that 1/2 bend will add some nice flavor to the song!
