I sent the harp with an explanation of the problem (4-blow hole was sour) and they promptly replaced the reed and sent it back to me. My cost: $5.00 for postage and handling. I'm back on track playing some of those good old songs like "Summertime" and "Sentimental Journey." (I'm still trying to like the "Blues" but haven't quite got there yet.)
