Yes, that book has harmonica transcriptions at the back. A fellow named Winslow Yerxa does the transcriptions. I can't speak for the entire book, but what I've learned is painfully accurate and true to what John Popper plays on the album. So I would assume that the rest is accurate.
Is it worth it? Depends on if you want to learn to play his stuff. If you do then it's well worth your money.
