He's right. To fix it, remove the comb and reed assmebly from the cover, locate the problem reed. GENTLY slide a business card under it for support, but not too far so as not to change the gap. With a straight blade knife, gently file down the free end of the reed. Do this just a little at a time and then test it with a tuner. I must stress being slow about this so you don't overdo it and ruin the reed altogether.
