Lee Oscar sells a Harp repair kit. You can buy it thru this site. Basically reeds go flat due to metal fatique. If you take apiece of metal and keep bending it, eventually it fails or breaks. When a reed first goes flat you can remove some metal from the end by using a file, and this will raise the pitch. This is a temporary fix, eventually it will break off. Reeds can be replaced by removing the rivet and replacing the reed plate. Hope this awnsers youre question..
