The Musical alphabet is A B C D E F G then it starts over A B C D E F G so if you are playing in the key of A that is the 1 chord. Count up 4 ABCD so D is the 4 chord or second position and that makes E the 5 chord aka the turn around. Songs refered to as 145 songs are Sweet Home Chicago, Kansas City ect. Hope this helps..
