Don't know of a good website for jazz, but a good instruction book is JAZZ HARP by Richard Hunter. I've been studying it off and on. It comes with a floppy record that you can put on a turntable. It's got stuff in there by Toots Theilman, Stevie Wonder, and saxophone lines that can be applied to the harmonica. Hope I helped.
