Read the section on bending at this site, it talks about wee-oh-wee. Don't curl your tongue if you want to learn to bend, the best way to learn to bend is with the whistle style- small hole made with your lips.

: I've heard that another method to try to bend a note is to do the we-oh-we drill. But I also hear you need to do a severe pucker in order to get a single note without curling your tongue, which I unfortunately do without even trying. How do you make that we-oh sound without un-puckering your lips?
