Just some suggestions No.1 Try the bend very slowly, make it last as long as you can and go as low as you can. No. 2 after trying no.1 break up the bend into three seperate positions. Do each position seperately. No.3 Start the bend from your lower gut to your toes, way down deep. Good Luck..Hope this is of some help.
