I wouldn't advise buying a used harp period. Just assumong ebay stuff is used. Perhaps not. Anyway, buy from a store or harp/music site. That's just nasty!
: Was checking out harp-l site, theres a very interesting post about a guy named Al Noeller selling harps on E-bay. This falls under the buyer beware category. Might save someone some heart break if buying of e-bay.
