It's possible that if you have a cheap harmonica or one that is not very tight that it is the harmonica that is the problem. This is not very likely for people starting out. The problem most likely is your breathing technique that you will need to work on. Check out the section at this site on Breathing under the Techniques link. It talks about the angle of the airflow and the "follow through" of your breathing. 9 out of 10 times one or both of these is the problem for people starting out. The same would apply if were having problems with the 2 and 3 draw holes.
