Can I learn on a key of A harp??

I am a beginner trying to do the C scale on a Diatonic A harp on the instruction page. It sounds close with the realplayer file, but it seems like I need to be doing scales in the key of "A" not "C"? I'm not sure if 4 through 7 make a C scale? Any suggestions??
