Buy the guitar tab book for the Blues Traveler album "Four" (which contains the aforementioned songs). In the back of the book all of Popper's harmonica solos are transcribed. You should be able to get the book at any music store (and if they don't have it in stock, they can order it for you. That's how I got mine.).
