I use a Qwik Tune QT-2 Chromatic Tuner ($15.) - you can get it at musicians friend(see below) or just about anywhere.
I use it to tune my Lee Oskars - It provides all notes/keys for harp (or whatever). It also has a pitch range feature - as Lee Oskars are tuned "brighter" 441-442Hz. This brighter tuning ensures that when you are actually playing and bending notes etc. - you will always be playing at the very least - in the 440 (standard tuning) pitch level....
