"bending your head to bend the notes"

I have recently found that if I bend my head slightly just at the point where I am about to play the draw bends I can bend them much more accurately. It seems to alter the angle of the airflow much more naturely for the bend notes(all other things remaining equal- breathing techniques, keeping the harmonica level etc.)I use the Korg to check myself.
Any comments anyone?

John,

If this works for you at this point, keep doing it.

Give it 3-6 months and then try to get the same effect without bending your head. Your head of course has nothing to do with the note bending, but if you are currently making a physical connection because of this that is helping, by all means, continue with it (until you no longer need to do so).

Play on,
Dave Gage
