Hering Chrom Reed Plates Question.

Hi,
I have Hering 7148 Chromatic and I am trying to replace the reed plates since one of them broke. I am having a hard time finding replacement reeds. The question I have is this:
Can I replace it with the 5148 or 6148 reed plates instead. If so, what might the difference be.
