Popper plays Hohner Special 20's, a very common diatonic (10-hole) harmonica. The button on the side of the chromatic changes the pitch up a half step (to get sharps and flats).

What kind of harmonica does John Popper play, chromatic or diatonic? What does the button on the side of chromatic harmonicas do?
